My responsibilities included driving profitable growth of Travelers Personal Insurance throughout the northern Ohio retail market. This was accomplished by developing consultative sale relationships with independent agency owners, producers, account managers, and staff. Goals were accomplished by leveraging strategic marketing, business development, agency management, book transfer and new agency recruitment.

My responsibilities included generating new business written premium from the sale of personal auto, home and life insurance. This was accomplished by establishing mass marketing opportunities through employer groups and credit unions, developing referral networks with realtors and mortgage brokers, conducting cold-call and direct market campaigns, and utilizing Internet resources.
