Provide management, leadership and direction for the daily operations of the Financial Aid offices at ATA College at our Louisville, KY and Spring Hill, FL locations. Ensure a high quality customer service as well as meet the needs of the students and the administration for the college. The director manages all aspects of the department with a special emphasis on compliance with federal and state regulations, college policy and service to students and their families. This position requires organizational, problem solving decision making and budgetary skills as well as a thorough knowledge of state, federal, and local financial aid programs, policies and reporting requirements.

Promoted from Sr. Healthcare Recruiter to run branch operations for Maxim in Evansville from a pool of approximately 45 Recruiters. Oversaw all branch operations for Evansville East, including, but not limited too: Managing all business accounts, billing processes, maintaining compliance standards with state and company policies, sales calls to potential referral sources, customer service, examining profit and loss statements to identify areas to improve efficiency and communication with billing teams to increase accounts receivable. Developed processes to improve our customer service, billing claims on hold and accounts receivable. Managed office consistently ranked 6-8th in net profit per week out of 15 offices in district and consistently ranked 65-76th out of 400 offices across the nation. Lead an office of 7 internal employees, 80 external employees and a patient census of up to 60.

Oversaw scheduling and payroll for approximately 120 external employees and oversaw a patient census that reached as high as 53 on an individual level and 70 on a team level. Played an integral role in an office that was awarded Office of the Year in the Central Region in 2009. Started with a patient census of 88 and increased business to over 135 patients before splitting the office. Started with an initial weekly gross profit of 59k during first week in position and achieved weekly gross profit as high as 82K before splitting the office. Handled a patient census that accounted for 48% of gross profit of our business. Selected by Regional Manager to attend R3 class and finished in the top 3 off 22 participants from across the region.
