Russell is a Principal Analyst at Regulatory Research Associates, an offering of S&P Global Market Intelligence. Russell analyzes regulatory developments in the electric and natural gas utility sector and was previously responsible for managing RRA’s product development and research distribution platform enhancement process.Before joining RRA, Russell was a Senior Research Assistant in Standard & Poor’s Corporate Ratings division, focusing on issuers in the retail, gaming and hospitality sectors.
