My involvement with Willenhall Town began when, as a partner in my own Web business emcoDesign, we re-designed and developed Willenhall Town FC's Social Media output during the close season in readiness for the 2014/15 season. On an on-going basis, as a business, we are working alongside the Chairmen and Treasurer to advise, design and update their website wtfcofficial.co.uk.I was subsequently asked to become more involved with Willenhall Town directly. I provided a Strategic Review of the off field activities of the club, suggesting routes to additional funding, grants etc. In this review I suggested a 20:20 vision needed to be established. The club are now formulating this vision.On going I am:-• Responsible for increasing revenue into the club, by exploring new channels and developing/improving relationships with existing sponsors.• exploring the use of social networking websites to increase awareness of club news and activities and to drawing more traffic to the official website.• writing the official match day programme.• responsible for updating the website, generating ideas and content as well as working with the website provider to resolve any problems or issues that arise.
