CurrentKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• To maintain open lines of communication with all Supply Chain Departments and Store Staff to ensure a steady flow of information, as well as ensure that required tasks are completed on time and accurately• To design and implement a supply chain infrastructure to manage effects of demand variability• To develop a high effective, efficient, and cross-functional design process• To interact closely with line professionals and assist them with compliance… Show more KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• To maintain open lines of communication with all Supply Chain Departments and Store Staff to ensure a steady flow of information, as well as ensure that required tasks are completed on time and accurately• To design and implement a supply chain infrastructure to manage effects of demand variability• To develop a high effective, efficient, and cross-functional design process• To interact closely with line professionals and assist them with compliance matters requiring real time judgment and strong familiarity with business and trading practice• To manage Procurement activities such as yearly procurement and planning budget, contract/price negotiation, supplier evaluation, risk mitigation, supplier identification, Import formalities, Banking formalities, custom clearance, ensure timely delivery, explore new and strategic sources and etc.• To ensure planning and purchasing according to the capacity of store and inventory policy to maximize the Net Working Capital for unfinished and finished goods at different production premises, ultimately establish 0% OOS • To receive, enter, and check vendor invoices for correctness in terms of content, price, and computation. Also ensure the data base for future reference• To manage and monitor budgetary resources, schedule forecasts, milestones for projects, monitor procurement and resource planning actions through the procurement database and provide statistical inputs to the preparation of quarterly procurement report• To manage and coordinate all activities pertaining to new projects redelivering them on time and on budget• To execute all purchasing according to the capacity of store and inventory policy to maximize the use of working capital for unfinished and finished goods under different category• To prepare and implementation of purchase policy in compliance with group and responsible for coordinate, control and monitor ethical procurement activities Show less
