Macintosh Supervisor
CurrentSupervising technical staff and performing direct full-service comprehensive technical support for Macintosh workstations in an enterprise environment for more than 500 on-site and remote users. Research, recommendation, and implementation of systems, as well oversight of project implementation and primary user utilization. Primary Macintosh support provider for all executive level users within the Sony Music Entertainment Corporation and Subsidiaries.• Directing and performing installations, upgrades and maintenance of hardware, software, and peripherals; create documentation for technical standards; troubleshoot workstation connectivity to network; Mentor subordinates, and function as a Macintosh technical resource for the Sony Music Entertainment IT Department.• Managing software installs with JAMF Casper and Apple Remote Desktop.• Enhancing internal and external client relationships by understanding the roles, responsibilities, and workflow processes within the client organization.• Building and fostering relationships within the supported Client organizations by providing high quality service to our business customers, as a support contact, for our applications.• Managing diverse and potentially demanding customers with a professional and courteous manner.
