At Indulge, his work includes projects for clients like the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, the Jersey Financial Services Commission, Carey Olsen, Guernsey Post, and a custom system for managing BVI economic substance applications.Russell is one of only 3,000 people worldwide to hold a certification in UX research from the Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g), the global leader in user experience research and training. He has also completed web accessibility training with WebAIM and front-end coding with W3C.His community involvement features the initiation of a Code Club with Amherst Primary School in 2013 and the introduction of the IoD Leadership Shadowing Scheme at Indulge in 2020. He's also spoken at venues such as the Digital Greenhouse in Guernsey about website design.
