Key Achievements• Led completion of deal to outsource BT’s supply chain which delivered multi-million-pound benefits, by overseeing contract negotiations, separation planning strategies, design and implementation of the transformation roadmap.• Designed and executed a new supply chain strategy, operating model and delivery plan• Ensured uninterrupted supply chain between GB and NI and EU via design of a robust Brexit transition plan.• Ownership of technology roadmap including management of EOSL systems, upgrades and support strategies.

Key Achievement• Within 9 months, designed a new Continuous Improvement operating model, implementation plan, completed CI health checks across the BW business and developed a new customer experience strategy which included Voice of Customer and Voice of Business measures, a new dashboard and customer journey mapping for key products.

Key Achievements• Secured first c-suite position in career, responsible for P&L to oversee production, installation, customer support, IT, project management and HR functions while continually optimising standards, services and metrics.• Merged Pelipod in BT via design of a new operating model, integration of HR, finance, IT, set up of a new site and operational strategies resulting in exceeding of all production and service KPIs for 4 quarters post-acquisition. • Rolled out thousands Pelipod lockers across hundreds of sites to further increase brand visibility and sales, with the launch of a new automated entry code delivery system, CRM and fault management system to support new growth.• Ensured service continuity and prevented disruptions by introducing new processes and securing 3rd party contracts.

Key Achievements• Introduced multi-million-pound savings by redesigning process that reduced truck rolls and saved 12,000 faults/year.• Achieved six-figures savings/quarter by spearheading, designing and implementing a new initiative to replace an obsolete component which reduced thousands of faults per quarter, increased efficiencies and operational stability.• Prioritised and improved the high-risk-area working process which resulted in reduction of FTEs and resources.• Improved key customer service metrics by 50% via improvement of investigative and reporting processes.

Key Achievements• Led projects, operations, bidding, contract implementation and accounting teams while overseeing resource allocation, tenders, client relationships, international supply lines, supporting financial control and long-term plans.• Secured high-value deals such as a multi-million-euro supply vocational training equipment contract for a UN project in Sudan, and a multi-million-pound science equipment supply contract as the main procurement outsourced supplier for a FTSE350 firm.• Introduced multi-million-pounds in new revenue streams by creating a new job position (business development manager) and recruiting them to target two key markets (Rwanda and Middle East), successfully secured contracts and partners.• Increased a project’s gross margin significantly by re-sourcing, consolidating suppliers and optimising existing logistics procedures which successfully transferred warehousing costs to the supplier; reducing company costs.• Delivered a €10m science equipment supply project for Libya’s Ministry of Education to be distributed across hundreds of schools by procuring equipment from hundreds of suppliers across 10 countries including logistics and commissioning.• Enabled EquTeq to take on consultation and procurement projects initially won by other firms by designing and executing a new business model that has been presented to and approved by stakeholders and senior executives.
