CurrentMy position is a working manager’s position. Responsible for overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions for Pro Source. This includes directing all IT operations to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing infrastructure, applications, and development of new technical solutions.RECENT CAREER HIGHLIGHTSBudgeting / Forecasting – Responsible for long term and short term planning, managing a $322,000 annual budget, reducing the IT annual costs to $210,000 by upgrading and changing Pro Source's technology and systems for the last tem years. Systems Management – Redesign, update, and maintain Pro Source’ WAN network utilizing Dell SonicWALL appliances connecting all five offices through VPN. Reducing overall networks costs and improving network speed and reliability.Payroll system – Performed Project Manager task migrating the company wide payroll system upon determination that the proprietary, payroll/bill application had become unstable after the loss of the Controller/Program Designer. Successfully maintained the unstable application throughout the migration, implementation, and training of the new ADP and BWSI applications without affecting the weekly payroll of over 240, W-2 employees.Telephony Implementation – Upgraded Pro Source, from a traditional Nortel Meridian PBX Voice system, to a single, Web-Hosted, VoIP phone system, via MegaPath. This project delivered nationwide four-digit dialing and call transfers, reduced traditional telecom connection costs, saving over $70,000 dollars annually company wide.Data Analysis – Compiled and analyzed performance/sales data on a daily & weekly, to help CFO and CEO develop short/long term plans and forecasts. Responsible for presenting the data and analysis during quarterly executive team meetings.
