Short Hospitality, responsible for managing all cross-functional operations, developing & implementing strategic business plans across a portfolio of venues, mentoring and fostering emerging and established talent, as well as driving the culture and strategic vision of this dynamic business.Prior to my return to hospitality, I managed a portfolio of liquor clients at creative agency, AJF Partnership. I spent time in South Australia, talking about wine for a living as Communications Manager at GWRDC. I also worked as a brand and communications consultant for McLaren Vale Beer Company, following management of several beer and wine accounts within the CUB and Treasury Wine Estates portfolios at PR and marketing agency Liquid Ideas.I was previously on the South Australian Committee of Wine Communicators of Australia and a committee member of the inaugural Adelaide Food and Wine Festival.I’d like to think I could have been a triple threat in another life, with a love of music, dance and drama.
