Jennifer has worked as an economic development consultant since 1996, with a break of four years when she was employed by a local authority. She created Anderson Solutions in 2007 to deliver high quality consultancy support to clients. Anderson Solutions works on an independent or associate basis. Jennifer's curiosity and her analytical and communication skills means that she excels when faced with a set of complex conditions. The projects she is commissioned to undertake regularly require at least one of the following: needs analysis, facilitation, options appraisal, an operational review and/or programme evaluation.Her skills and client base means that she works across a range of subjects including data led transformation, renewable energy, social care, education, transport, fisheries, childcare and the third sector. Regardless of subject matter, her goal is to support clients to achieve effective development from the resources available.
