In this role I was able to add CRM to my skill set and develop an understanding of loyalty and rewards programmes, and how effectively segmenting customers can positively impact upon campaign performance. During my time with Genting I was responsible for:- Delivering innovative CRM campaigns across Email, SMS and Direct Mail in order to engage customers with the Genting brand, both at a national and local casino level- Segmenting complex data in order to maximise the performance of each campaign- Reporting on campaign performance and using this as a guide to influence and refine future campaigns- Implementation of testing plans across all communication platforms to optimise performance and ROI for email, SMS and DM- Developing training sessions for casino staff in order to improve their marketing knowledge, skills and effectiveness- Implementing timely and consistent loyalty campaigns - Helping to launch new customer welcome and loyalty programmes for both Genting Casinos, GentingCasino.com and Resorts World Birmingham.

This role essentially held responsibility for creating marketing campaigns and initiatives for divisions across the college.Work included the development of apps for both the college as a whole and our apprenticeships offering, brand research and copy writing for both online and offline sources.

Responsibility for designing and implementing mail order catalogue.

Responsibility for implementation and evaluation of campaigns for a variety of council services. The role incorporated a range of activities, including:Provision of marketing advice and guidance to department heads.Liaising with in house design and print teams to develop effective marketing materials and promotions.Responsibility for marketing budgets of adoption and fostering services.Coordinating campaigns across various internal communications vehicles.Copy writing and editing for a wide variety of formats, including print and web.Capitalising on promotion opportunities through local media.Monitoring and evaluation of campaigns.Procurement of marketing activity and services.Providing marketing reports and updates to department heads and directors.
