Serve as main point of contact for Plan Sponsor. Maintain the plan in compliance with various Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor regulations. Lead process to guide clients into CPI's services both with new plans and plans that CPI is taking over the administration work.

Responsible for interacting with pool patrons, managing lifeguard staff, maintaining Red Cross certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid, and AED, opening and closing of pool facility, handling customer complaints, maintaining safety for pool patrons, and lead actions of lifeguard team during emergencies. Occasionally perform lifeguard duties. Work mainly on an as-needed basis due to a regular full time job. Promoted from Lifeguard in 2010.

Served as a uniformed Park Ranger at Fort Larned National Historic Site. Presented costumed interpretive programs over various aspects of Fort Larned both on and off-site. Assisted in developing presentations for park staff to present off-site. Responsible for fee collection and bookstore sales and accountability.

Responsible for direct assistance and supervision of approximately 630 students in an on-campus residence hall. Developed and present programs on diversity, social, and educational topics to groups of residents ranging from small groups to the entire building. Responsible for student safety by being on-call and responding to crisis events (severe weather, medical emergencies, fire alarms, resident issues, etc.). Aided in the development and helped supervise a new position involving a more active building access process that validates residents as living in the building to help increase resident safety and security.
