During my time there, the company doubled in traffic, adding millions of visitors, and doubled in revenue.● SEO – Recruited & managed specialist writing team trained in both SEO and car repair to produce long-form, high quality content on repair topics. ● User Acqusition: AI/ML Platform for Creating & Optimizing Text Ads - Led design of machine learning platform for Google ads to drive traffic. Designed software that could generate text ads around long-tail customer searches, and auto-optimize landing pages. Winning results promoted using "n-armed bandit" method to maximize resulting clicks while still ensuring new combinations being tested continuously. Increased CTR 5x, to 3%+. Increased on-page conversion 18%, with 40% decrease in costs. 10k+ LoC. Platform processed 10k optimizations and served 100k optimized ads per month.● Data Science – Led data science team to collect and analyze dozens of factors around auto repair shops to determine which factors most likely to cause consumers to call a shop. Worked with University of Missouri to append dozens of new census data fields to internal leads. Led to new lead scoring methodology that helped sales team focus on shops most likely to succeed on the platform.● Analytics Products - Led decision to build custom internal data dashboards using Periscope.
