Executive level oversight for the management and operation of 21 commercial properties, a total of 1.5M sq. ft. and 316 tenants, across four (4) states. Accountabilities include vacancy space preparation, capital improvement projects, budgeting, reporting, center marketing, and special projects. Some key highlights include coordinating with internal parties and leading the property management department’s involvement in the disposition of three (3) properties and purchase of five (5) properties. I also won A-List Awards for four (4) properties in 2019 and 2020.

Tapped to lead operational oversight for seven (7) Southern California commercial real estate/retail properties totaling 1.76M sq. ft., including Lido Marina Village, Pacific City, and Bella Terra. Some highlights included leading the team to complete budgeted CapEx projects on-schedule within 4-months at DJM and by instilling sense of teamwork with the Building Engineer, the PM, and two APMs. I was also successful in establishing a sense of focus within the decision-making process of direct reports, including focusing on the big picture, improving customer service, and identifying efficiencies in facilities maintenance.

Quickly climbed the ranks to champion day-to-day operations of two (2) commercial real estate properties totaling 400K sq. ft. Accountability included 3-direct reports, a Multi-Million-Dollar budget, and 50 vendors/suppliers. Maximized retention and financial performance through effective oversight of maintenance, risk management, expense control, revenue enhancement, and capital improvements.
