Oversee all phases of Markets Operations, including data timeliness and integrity, product delivery, and customer service. Work on new product initiatives and phasing out of legacy products and services. Responsible for monthly invoice processing, vendor relations and monthly vendor reporting, annual budget forecasting, and annual capital purchase requisitioning.

Part of the Associated Press’ Markets Information Group providing data to over 900 customers daily. Worked with or led Markets team on conception, planning and implementation of departmental strategies and new product launches. Responsibilities included coordination of interdepartmental resources, including Research & Development, Core Infrastructure, and Global Support, leading the evolution of Markets infrastructure, including vendor-mandated and business required upgrades and enhancements, proprietary systems upgrades, evaluating and understanding new technologies, coordinating new technology initiatives, and monitoring and maintaining a high level of customer support and satisfaction.

Engaged in all aspects of DPCI’s local and national development and integration projects. Responsibilities included performing business needs analysis based upon client interviews and site surveys, creation of functional specification documentation, system development lifecycle testing, Quality Assurance testing and implementation, end-user training and customized documentation creation.
