In keeping with my motto "why stop there" I am currently working for NORESCO as a Project Manager. To date as part of a team with other PM's I have worked on numerous projects. A Texas courthouse, doing a complete infrastructure upgrade, Pennsylvania State Prison, installing a Baghouse for their central boiler-house, four state prisons in Kentucky performing water, lighting, HVAC and Boiler installations. This is a great position keeping me abreast of current technologies in Energy Performance Contracting. This is also helping with keeping to my goals as listed below, Always keep Excelling no matter what you are doing. CityCenter Project, one of the worlds largest privately funded construction projects, Gold LEED certified high end hotel casino. My most exciting career challenge yet, but why stop there. Working with world renowned Architects, construction and engineering giants Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, HKS Architects and Gensler, Owners general construction representative Tishman Construction and Flack+Kurtz Engineering just to name a few. This project allowed me to pull together all my knowledge from my early beginnings in custom homes, through my own general construction companies, my travels overseas to Korea and Japan as a trainer/technician and 13 years working for the Nevada Test Site as an Energy Management Technician, M&O Specialist,and Scheduler.
