I have over three years of experience in the information technology field, with an ever growing skill set in this area. I am constantly interacting with clients to address and direct them in their technology needs.Customer service, time management, and team leadership are among a few of my skills. I am adept at networking whether it be implementation, management, or improvement. Basic computer troubleshooting and repair are areas I have a great deal of experience in as well. For the first part of my career Basic help desk services was a large portion of my job. I have however branched out into on site duties as well. Going to business locations and addressing network issues as well as what needs to be done to improve current systems are a daily task for me. These interactions with clients help me to grow as a technician also which I am thankful for. Everyday I have a better understanding of what businesses as well as individuals need in terms of technology to complete their jobs. I have gained a broad array of experience with many different types of software through these means as well. I am eager to see what I will learn next.I forever have my eyes on the horizon as to what my future hold. I will continue to build experience and knowledge in my field and continue to improve myself as to best be able to complete the tasks at hand.
