CurrentMy company represents major T-Shirt manufacturers and sells their product into retail stores in the San Francisco Bay Area, Las Vegas and selected national chain stores. These companies were and are some of the largest manufacturers of Licensed Apparel (anything Hot in Movies,TV Shows,Music or Sports). Accounts include and have included Mervyns,Macys,Emporium Capwell,Tower Records,Wherehouse Records,JC Penny, and many specialty stores throughout Northern California and Nevada. I also represent manufacturers of hats, socks, sunglasses, posters, buttons, keychains and many novelty items. My company also represents graphic designers and cartoonists.I have secured and negotiated worldwide licensing deals to have their art work printed on T-shirts,hats,buttons,mugs,greeting cards, etc. Past and current clients include John Lamb (Academy Award Winner) David Silverman(Director/Producer for The Simpsons,Monsters Inc.)V Gene Myers (Winner of the Charles Shultz Cartoonist of the Year Award) Brad Sherwood (Improv comedian, veteran of Whose Line is it Anyway and Drew Carey's Green Screen) Wendy L'Belle (wendylbelle.com and uglylittlebitch.com),etc. I also manage and have managed recording artists and secured major publishing deals(Warner Chapel Publishing) and record deals(Motown,Warner, Universal,etc.).I also work as a licensing Consultant. As an example, in the 80's I discovered a band playing on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood,California by the name of Poison. I consulted with one of the largest Rock n Roll merchandisers at the time to sign the band to a worldwide merchandising deal prior to the band signing a major label recording contract. Poison went on to sell 25 million records. Prior to The Simpson's (1990) becoming one of The hottest properties ever in merchandising, I consulted for 5 different manufacturers. The manufacturers were able to secure licensing deals to print The Simpson's property on buttons, keychains, bumper stickers, mugs, pens, clocks and signs.
