Currently assist in management of our OTR Surface Transportation division in Memphis. Oversee daily operations for both customer and carrier sides of the business. This includes but not limited to developing and maintaining SOPs of all major accounts as well as KPI performance of the team. Completing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual bids.

Total Transportation of MS afforded me the opportunity to work across many segments of Transportation. As part of their management program I shadowed the service, pricing, fleet management, and Terminal management operations. Managed and directed 50+ drivers through peak season before moving into the Account Management function within their Logistics Division. After working with the team to increase revenues and service operations, I was tasked with starting a division as Capacity Development Manager reporting directly to the Director of Logistics. This included vendor retention, vendor network optimization, as well as supporting Account Management and Sales functions within the department.
