I am in my fourth year as principal of Legacy Academy in Idaho. We are an innovative K-12 school blending learning "by study and also by faith." We are responding to a need by parents for education that edifies, lifts, and empowers our youth to achieve their full potential and assists families as the primary source of education. Before that, I served for nearly ten years with the U.S. Department of Defense in assisting and then directing an education effort for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff for our international military partners to learn about the values and principles of the American system while developing their own leadership capabilities. I love to learn about innovation, teaching and learning, and communication. I completed my PhD in Education and Leadership at the University of Idaho and received a master's degree from George Washington University.
