For more than 25 years I've been privileged to lead recruitment teams in all key global markets, including Asia, Europe, Africa, North/South America and the Caribbean. Currently, I oversee talent acquisition for Paramount, a leading global premium content company.I'm passionate about recruiting transformation - optimizing people, process and technology/systems to provide greater speed, quality and diversity for the business. The combination of evolving technologies, shifting candidate preferences, and changing business demands - all combine to form a rich backdrop requiring agility and regular innovation.I'm a global citizen. I've lived or worked in over 30 countries, learned and spoken 4 languages, and am certified as a Cultural Agility coach. Personally, I love trying new things and exploring new places. My amazing wife, Andrea, and our five dynamic kids provide more moments of laughter, joy and adventure than I imagined possible.
