Assembly Manager of the BSY-2 submarine program and expanded position scope to assume total program management responsibility of this project. Managed a 75 employee three shift shop for the assembly of ceramic surface mount and glass epoxy plated through hole electronic modules. Directed test, quality assurance, methods, planning, and process engineering for an output of 800 modules ($13.6 million) per month. Completed the program and dismantled the assembly area.
