Sold to Tango Analytics in August 2023.

Recently recapped by Carlyle Group at $2.25 billion.

Oversight of global HR with direct responsibility for subsidiary rationalization and consolidation, including integration of acquisitions in Europe, yielding substantial profit margin gains.
