I have worked with Wickman machines for nearly twenty years. As Customer Service Manager, I am responsible for managing all the sales enquiries and orders that come in to Machine Tool Spares. With an encyclopaedic knowledge and understanding of Wickman multi-spindle machines and their component parts, I offer expert guidance and advice to our customers, helping them to identify the correct spare parts required. My technical knowledge and capacity to do this is a fundamental element of the ordering process and where I add real value to our customers.
