He has been in the financial services industry since 1990. Before coming to own and operate Arrowhead Financial Services. Russ worked for First Financial Equity Corp as an Executive Vice President & Branch manager for 12 years until they became affiliated with Cetera. Prior to First Financial Russ was at H & R Block Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise) as an Elite Branch manager overseeing the Sun City and Wickenburg offices. He served in various roles including Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Financial Advisor, and Recruiter. Prior to H & R Block, Russ was a Financial Advisor at A. G. Edwards and Sons for 10 years.
