    We are an Arizona based small homegrown residential construction and renovation company that specializes in renovation and refurbishment of homes in the greater Phoenix areas. Prior to 2008 we were a production home builder, under Monogram Companies as Monogram Design Builders in the Phoenix market, Glendale, Peoria, Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler and Scottsdale areas. We built approximately 300 homes from early 2002 to late 2008 including first time buyer production homes, luxury move ups and full customs.Russ is a managing member of Advanced Development and Building Services, LLC and holds the Contractor’s license in the State of Arizona. Russ is the Key Development and Overall Business Management Expert for the organization. Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Russ has been active in the construction industry for nearly 30 years. Prior to the forming of Advanced Development and Building Services, LLC, Russ was a principal partner in several residential production home developments, commercial developments, and custom home projects throughout the Phoenix Metro areas. Previous to that, Russ was the Vice President of Land Acquisitions and Development for Monterey/Meritage Homes, where he had been a key member of the management team for 11 years. During that time Russ completed development of close to 2500 finished lots and upwards of 50 custom, semi- custom, and production communities.
