Russ, a REALTOR® since 2007, worked with buyers and sellers with their real estate needs while working on his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Campbell University in 2011. Shortly thereafter, he founded Integra Realty (Formerly JR Real Estate) with the goal of bringing excellence in real estate services by using the Golden Rule as a standard of care.
