Current• Lead a team of talented engineers• Suggest best practices and drive continuous improvement• Provide troubleshooting and repair support for customers and field team personnel • Develop a positive working relationships with customers and service team• Perform system installation, expansion, and upgrades• Remote hardware additions, software upgrades, and system configuration• Perform Validation – IQ/OQ (as needed)• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics • SOP development• Provide product feedback Product Management group
