Advanced to a System Business Analyst role and ensuring system compliance by analyzing report data. Served as the main contact for a global Phase IV clinical trial for orphan diseases. Communicated with vendors to ensure project delivery and processed invoices for payment. Reviewed regulatory documents, managed the Trial Master File, and created training materials for new hires. Assisted the IT department with completing user acceptance testing and collaborating with subject matter experts to help create an in-house Clinical Trial Management System. Developed and implemented a new procedure for processing payments. Developed an admin role to encompass system analysis and training. Liaised between the Clinical staff and the Data Management team to create client-ready reports. Organized, ran, and hosted a week-long staff meeting including all logistical arrangements, in addition to preparing and presenting technical trainings.

DVC Legal Services is a non-profit law firm that specializes in representing victims of domestic violence and provides them with basic legal services such as protection orders, custody orders, and separation agreements. Legal duties included attended court hearings, filed motions, reviewed and compiled discovery documentation. Business responsibilities included training new interns, interviewing clients, and conducting case research. Researched and created a presentation for Judges, Lawyers, and Guardians ad Litem on abusive parenting.
