Manage the development and launch of Nokia's multimedia products in North and South America. Provide high-level project management between internal programs and external customers. Coordinate and plan with marketing teams to launch products through marketing campaigns, tradeshows, launch events, promotional events and regional website marketing strategies. Manage production schedules, project reviews, production milestones, factory ramp-up, business strategies and product marketing launch.Create and develop new business opportunities for Nokia’s Mobile Commerce strategies and Smart Traffic Products Group. Provide technology solutions and project management for internal and external programs. Work with technology partners to implement back-end solutions and product launches. Manage all aspects of the various projects from cradle to grave, including timelines, budgets, resources, outsourcing and product launch.

Responsible for the planning and development of Uniden's consumer product line. Managed a group of product planners and industrial design team. Responsible for new product definitions, product schedules, feasibility studies, market forecasts and technical sales support. Also responsible for tracking down new business opportunities, establishing new technology partners and reviewing intellectual property rights for potential licensing. Product line includes a variety of consumer electronics including cordless phones, Internet products, analog and digital cellular phones, CDPD modems, PDA's, satellite systems, pagers, two-way radios, scanners and radar detectors.
