Over 10 years professional experience in Sales & Hospitality, working in 5 countries over 3 continents.Over the past 7 years I've been working for the Beds and Bars group. Starting out as a group sales assistant, where my previous knowledge of both the hotel systems and travel market made me a key asset to the company. Quickly proving my capabilities I was able to work alongside the yield and revenue team merging both departments and using experience in both for key decision making. Continued growth within the company has seen me become a full time yield and revenue manager helping manage multiple locations across Europe and the UK, working on their day to day pricing, long term revenue strategies whilst keeping an eye on market trends and overseeing their daily activities helps boost their growth year on year, maintain and increase both occupancy and net bed revenue.Before that I worked as a Travel Consultant for STA Travel, where I further strengthened my existing skills, managing private customers through to business clientele. Versatile and adaptable, dealing with reservations and sales; B2B and B2C, consulting with diverse and demanding clients.
