Renova Partners was a boutique investment banking firm that provided mergers and acquisitions, capital advisory, and financial advisory services. The firm specialized in serving community banks, but also assisted clients in a variety of other industries. The firm was based in Atlanta, and founded by Thomas Duffy in 2009. Renova Partners was sold in 2020.

Primary role was to source and analyze investment opportunities for Quest, which invests across a broad array of industries and business life cycle stages. Secondary role involved assisting with the ongoing management and board governance of the portfolio companies, primarily in the mining, manufacturing, and technology sectors.

My wife and I took a sabbatical and traveled to thirty countries during 2008.
