Before high school his family moved to Las Vegas, NV where he planted himself firmly and has resided ever since. It was instilled in him at a young age that doing for others is far more rewarding than independent gain. Russell’s professional sales career began over 20 years ago. Before finding his home in the Mortgage Industry, Russell systematically fast tracked his way up the career ladder from entry-level positions to top-tier managerial status in a number of different industries. He truly believes in the importance of understanding a business at every level. Russell enjoys exploring, gaining education, and learning new industries. Because of his small town, face-to-face, family style of business, he has earned an honest reputation in his city and everywhere he goes. He has a proven track record of success and continues to strive to better himself and those around him.
