RH Positive produces, provides and supports clinical and financial software applications for the long-term health care industry (Skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and independent senior living). An exciting new application is Resident point-of-care electronic medical records (EMR).

I started out in 1963 as a staff accountant in the Dayton OH office and rose to Audit and Tax Manager. In 1972 I was promoted to Partner-in-Charge and transferred to our start up Columbus Office. In 1975 our regional firm merged with Main LaFrance which in turn merged with Hurdman Cranston to form Main Hurdman with KMG as it's international affiliate. Subsequent mergers have evolved into KPMG, which I believe is now among the "Big 4".It was an excellent training ground with focus on management Information systems (software), M&A, audit and tax. It was an excellent marketing and management growth experience for me as well.I left in 1980 of my own volition to start RH Positive. RH Positive is my wife's and my current company specializing in financial and clinical software applications for the long-term health care (LTHC) industry. It has been an interesting and rewarding journey.
