In this position, I am responsible to ensure all weekend service teams are effective in creating a welcoming, high quality and well-organized weekend service experience that is fully aligned with the vision and strategy of The Meeting House. We do this while changing a movie theatre into a childrens' classroom or music/sermon-watching space, and back into a movie theatre, thanks to the prestidigitation of teams of talented volunteers.

Supervising promoters distributing free commuter newspapers at downtown Toronto subway stations. Started as a promoter, promoted to Overbook (basically assistant supervisor) May 2011, and then promoted to Supervisor May 2012. This program ran out in May 2014.Since then, I supervised teams of up to 18 people doing customer service work for a large transportation company.
