As the Assistant Director of Bands at Decatur High School, I work with the Director of Bands to plan, coordinate, and implement the band program for 150 students, fostering their musical growth and academic success. As a Music Specialist for the City Schools of Decatur, I provide curriculum support, professional development, and instructional coaching for the music teachers across the district, ensuring high-quality music education for all students. Additionally, as the Executive Director of Atlanta CV Drum and Bugle Corps, I oversee the operations, fundraising, staff management and outreach of the organization. My core competencies include education, program development, volunteer/staff management, budgeting, operations, logistics, and instrumental conducting. I am passionate about music and the marching arts, and I strive to make a positive impact in the lives of others through my work.
