With over 35 years of experience in aviation, both manned and unmanned, I am a seasoned and versatile professional who can deliver results in complex and dynamic environments. I have a Master's degree in Quality Systems Management and multiple skills in operational planning, operations management, and attention to detail.Most recently, I was the Regulatory Lead at Matternet, where I led the effort to achieve the first FAA low-risk UAS Type Certification for a commercial drone, enabling safe and efficient delivery of medical supplies and goods. I also have a background in flying, maintenance management, program management, business development, and helicopter sales, working with various organizations such as SkySkopes, Hillsboro Aviation, Insitu, and the US Coast Guard. My passion is to leverage my expertise in aviation and UAS regulation to advance the industry and create value for customers and stakeholders.
