The mission of PA Post was to connect Pennsylvanians to their state, and each other, with accountability and deep-dive reporting. This experiment in public journalism, hosted by WITF in Harrisburg, was merged into Spotlight PA in August 2020, in part because of the pandemic's negative effect on fundraising, but also because it made sense to bring together two quality news organizations under one umbrella.
