Managing the construction project of the New BP HQ in Baku with total Project expenditure of $300mln. Responsible for the Project define and execution stages.This includes project planning, development of scope and design, contracting strategy and procurement routes,contracts performance management, oversight of project execution and ensuring compliance to cost and schedule objectives, commisioning and acceptance processes. Managing BP Project Management team based in Baku, design and architects Team based in London and Project Construction Team based on the site.

Leading the BP Azerbaijan Materials management function including warehousing function in Azerbaijan and Georgia, offshore materials coordination, land cargo transportation across two countries, diesel farm management, logistics contracts management and the functions related to the execution of the Integrated Shore Base Expansion Project for the Company. This includes project planning, development of scope, contracts performance management, oversight of project execution and ensuring compliance to cost and schedule objectives. Responsible for the design and deployment of the standard logistics, warehousing, contracts performance management and materials management practices across all areas of the company. Overall accountability for the organization of 34 and total Project expenditure of $1bln.

Assigned with 11 months short term business transformation project focusing on implementing the governance/ operations changes in BP owned TISA Asset. Was responsible for transforming an organization of 85+ with the budget of $16Million USD and number of facilities including TISA campus,housing pool of 54 apartments and transport pool of 84 vehicles. Focused on developing of cost efficient BP asset with rigor and transparent process in place.

Was accountable for BP PSCM organisation located in Tbilisi,Georgia. Transformed the organization from a day to day tactical operation focusing on price, to a strategic organization focused on total cost of ownership and value chain engineering. Focused on organizational capability, eProcurement, supply market intelligence, customer satisfaction and introduction of strategic supply chain processes.

Assigned as a UK North Sea PSCM single point of accountability for all federal agency and consultancy contracts for BP North Sea. Responsibilities included devolopment and execution of the consolidated BP UKCS Consultancy StrategyManaging the federal contracts for the provision of pumps and MRO spares within rotating equipment sector/category.
