Participate & review in the risk assessment process to ensure a safe and successful operation.2. Promote the procedural adherence and standard work initiatives. Provide support to Well Site Leaders and Well Site Engineers.3. Ensure that failures and investigations (SQ) are handled efficiently and consistently.4. Quarterly SQ reviews with Critical Suppliers and SLB product lines.6. Monitor project-specific SQ/HSE initiatives.7. Lead the Project Readiness Assessment process at the startup phase of the project. 8. Set and monitor Segment Specific and 3rd Party KPI’s,and track the performance.9. Provide support to Project Manager.

Act as PM for Trebsa&Titova project. Client 'Bashneft-Polyus'. Drilling is perfomrmed beyond the Arctic Circle. 5 SLB segments involved (Directional Drilling, Drilling Fluid, Completion, Bits, Well Cementing).
