- Provide instrument engineering expertise in support of the design, construction, commissioning, start-up and operation of the Absheron EPS Project.- Engineering design, configuration, programming, maintenance, troubleshooting, failure analysis, performance analysis in support of safe and reliable operations of instrumentation equipment within the Project, including:- Field instrumentation for process measurement (e.g., Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow and Composition) as well as specialty measurements (density, vibration, IR) and control valves, shutdown valves, and their transmission systems- Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS)- Machinery controls and protection systems- Fire and Gas detection and protection systems- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s) for monitoring and control of packaged systems- Instrumentation cabling, wiring, junction box, power supply and distribution, UPS, and associated TCP/IP, SCADA, Modbus networking (switches, routers, Ethernet, fiber optics, etc.) and transmission systems- Participating in activities related to safety, risk assessment and safety incident investigations related to instrumentation equipment

- Implement and control automated systems for use in glass manufacturing and production environments- Maintain an uninterrupted manufacturing process- Control, monitor and maintain work of diverse glass manufacturing modules like• Furnace, Tinbath, Lehr (Hornglass)• Batch plant (Lahti glass) • Cutting line (Bottero) • Nitrogen generation (Shanghai Pony Technology) • Hydrogen generation (Hydrogenics)- Control and implement preventive maintenance plans in accordance to the plan schedule in collaboration with manufacturer- Control and implement reactive maintenance and perform calibration of instruments- Decide, select and purchase necessary spare parts- Сomply with HSE rules and regulations- Lead collaborative discussions between different departments to determine automation capabilities and goals- Support existing automation technology with component and process upgrades- Create detailed road maps and reports to guide automation process

- Good understanding EPC Construction Project management & Control (engineering, procurement, construction, Installation, commissioning & startup, operation & maintenance- Reviewing and commenting on P&ID specification data sheet, control philosophy, Cause & Effect diagrams, Logic diagrams, Process control diagrams and vendor drawings. Instrument Index, Cable Schedules, Connection List, DCS /ESD, PLC documents like IO list/ allocation, marshalling wiring diagrams.- Monitoring installation & commissioning activities. Maintenance according to standard norms for entire filed instrumentation expertise in instrumentation and control engineering standards including NACE, IEC, PIP, ISO, NFPA and API.- Hands on experience on various types of instruments for the measurement of parameters like Level, Pressure, Flow, Temperature etc. (Foundation field Bus compatible Level, Temperature, Flow Transmitter)- Performing high level critical instruments servicing and calibrating in filed own self using HART (Heavy Accessible Remote Transducer).- Installation and Commissioning of Instrument and Systems.- Inspection of items supplied by the customer.- Installation of cable duct / tray, junction boxes and air distribution boxes, instruments with supports, main air piping, control panels, marshalling racks and DCS, consoles and related auxiliary activities.- Testing of cables, Main / branch cable laying and terminations, impulse piping and tubing, calibration of instruments, loop checking, pressure testing of impulse piping / tubing. Shah Deniz-2 Greenfield projects on the Onshore and Offshore (ATA yard Baku and Sangachal).Shah Deniz-2 PSD, PCS and F&G panels installation on the QU and PR platforms (ATA yard Baku).Shah Deniz-2 project CCBx PSD, PCS and F&G panels installation (Apply Emtunga, Vara Sweden).Shah Deniz-2 project Offshore and Onshore Panels installation and factory accepting test (Cluj-Napoca, Romania).- Responsible for installation, start-up, testing, commissioning & maintenance of DCS.- Design, configuration, integration and implementation of process control solutions for various industries.- Develop P&IDs and loop descriptions for various plants, processes, and/or equipment.- Develop electrical panel schematics. - Develop scope of supply documents. - Install, test and start-up control systems on-site.- Working on site based formulation of block diagrams, hook-up, loop & termination drawings, layout diagrams etc.- Performing offshore surveys and providing drawing as-builts for design needs.- Inspection of instated instruments/equipment and material receipt.- Instrument support for construction and offshore operation teams.- Checking block diagrams, hook-up, loop & termination drawings, layout diagrams etc.- Demonstrable HSSE Leadership and personal commitment to safety.- Awareness of BP or similar commissioning management systems.- Track record of experience gained in similar oil and gas / petrochemical / power generation related projects, in a similar role leading to development of skill sets.- Working with contractors on multi-disciplined scopes and to monitor commissioning progress and understanding technical / schedule related challenges.- To control the interfaces between disciplines (instrument / electrical / piping / ).- Control of work processes during execution.- Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with discipline engineers.- A proven decisive and pro-active team player with good communication skills.
