- Facilitate integrated planning process within Shah Deniz Area (both, offshore & onshore activities) and deliver key inputs to central planning team - Work with Functions to deliver value based Field Development Plans (10 year and Life of the Field) including analysis on risk to plan delivery and various investment choices - Bring transparency to plan delivery with a focus on plan attainment of activities and delivery of Area strategy - Through analysis of historical performance, provide challenge on plan assumptions (cost, production) with respect to do-ability / achievability. - Implement the managed change process, to create stability of the plan and ensure that only approved activities are executed. - Deliver robust and consistent Investment Governance process for New Well Delivery, Rig Commitments and other annual Investments as required.

- Lead team of 4 direct reports responsible for: - Preparation of multiyear and annual budgets for Wells organization based on the approved activity plan. Provide insight to Management on quarterly variance analysis and reforecast of budget taking into account actual cost and performance. - Facilitation and support Wells organization in development of short and long term activity plan - Execution of reporting & control activities including cost tracking, accruals, invoice processing, well cost reconciliation and inventory management through performance analysis and continuous improvement of the processes- Drive monthly performance review & reporting process. This includes consolidation, analysis and presentation to Management of monthly performance, analyzing key performance indicators (KPI) and key drivers for over and under delivery of annual operating plan. Provide necessary information for management decision making. - Manage Planning & Performance team (4 persons) ensuring timely and accurate deliverables, personal development and job satisfaction of team members
