Infrastructure – Compressed air line, water line, waste water treatment, tools, water cooling system, firing gas station, fire alarms, fire fitting systems, roads and plant integration.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:*Commissioning, Troubleshooting, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), SAT, PAT, Operation and maintenance fields jobs in Instrumentation & Automation. *Inspection for construction completion walk down (CCWD), mechanical completions walk down (MCWD) & Functional Demonstration. *Attend various project progress meeting daily, weekly bases with Vendors & Suppliers contractorsFAT deficiencies closed out of DCS/PLC programming, SCADA Screen & HMI screen, historian, & MES/MIS.*Checking Hardware- Server, Monitors, RIO, & PLC panels and redundant Servers & network*Installation, testing and startup of Fire Alarm, Detection, Protection & fire fitting System*Design Reviews & Official OS Smart Plant (SPF), Plant Data Base (Citrix), P&Id, PID, and reports*To supervise, monitor, witness testing and activate the mechanical, electrical & Automation systems, Interfaces with other departments and vendors to support testing activities.*Troubleshoot electrical, Instrumentation and Automation issues.
