Manage and maintain the mechanical integrity of the SX-EW Plant equipment and support facilities.Analyze work results, organize the account, completion and timely submission of reporting on mechanical equipment repair and maintenance site operation activities.Coordinate the work of Maintenance Supervisors, Engineers and, Planners.Control the production process, rational use of equipment, energy and material resources, spare parts and details.Provide leadership for subordinate staff, including activities such as preparing work schedules, preparing job descriptions and assigning specific duties and tasks.Manage work performance and schedules of contractors as required.Manage and ensure maintenance tools and support equipment are effectively utilized, controlled and secured from loss or damage.Identify and support training for maintenance staff to improve skills.

Provision of training and technical support (E-Learning and Simulation Training) services for trainees on:1) Process Fundamentals;2) Instrumentation and Controls;3) Distillation;4) Compressor;5) Furnace;6) Amine Treating Unit;7) Glycol Contactor and GOSP;8) Boiler;9) Crude Distillation Unit.

Main Duties: To ensure for drilling equipment and facilities: 1) the implementation of preventive maintenance programs; 2) the implementation of special maintenance and control of technical results; 3) arrangements for handling operations or long-term storage; 4) the notification of obsolete equipment, with request for relevant elimination from assets; 5) the checking of expense forecasts for maintenance activities and facility renewal; 6) the collection and entry of data necessary to update the facility and equipment management archive; 7) that the quality of machine, equipment or plant maintenance operations, including those carried out by third parties, is in line with reference standards; 8) the updating of data concerning the certification of machines and equipment, by making arrangements to check current validity of said certification; 9) co-ordination of repair activities in the event of serious damage to plants or facilities operating in the geographical area of responsibility; 10) on the basis of data received, the proposal of the modification to preventive maintenance schedules

Key Responsibilities: Perform Drilling Engineering analysis including torque and drag, hydraulics, hole cleaning, anti-collision management, well control and casing design. Provide Operations Engineering support to the Drilling Superintendents and rig teams as assigned. Assist with development and maintenance of cost estimating, tracking tools and preparation of cost estimates. Assist the Lead/Senior Drilling Engineers as required. Participate in and document well and operations risk assessments and DWOPs. Assist with technical specifications and evaluations during the procurement process. Contribute to the Well Prognosis creation (Basis of Well Design). Evaluate equipment, services, processes and technology to enhance drilling performance. Maintain drilling documentation and data. Assist in the implementation of new technology. Responsible for compiling the Final Well Reports.
