• Supervision of work areas, check the availability & accordance of Permit to Works, for safety inductions for newcomers, for making schedule of work and of safety courses. • Check the availability of PPE, the provision of all company personnel with personnel protective equipment. Work with subcontractors (Audit of equipment, PPE, Documentation.) • Coordination of the Republic of Kazakhstan norms, rules and regulations implementation in the sphere of safety and environmental protection • Assist with Daily Tool Box Talks. • Monitoring of load lifting operations and critical lifting. • Responsible for Fire safety on site and office• Coordination work, requests for the company personnel training at HSE Work with RoK Local Authorities (Laborer Dept, Ministry of Emergency Situation etc.) • Participate in management on site audits, prepare reports and recommendations after the audits, liaison between contractor and the customer on all safety related issues prior these audits and after them.• Observe work safety practices
