About Rustem Ismagilov

It is truly an exciting time to be an engineer and a science fiction fan! The world is changing at an unprecedented speed, and yesterday's fiction has become today's reality. My name is Rustem, and I contribute to the world's progress by solving problems. Due to the nature of my education and passions, primarily technical problems. If you ever need to set up the production of supernova muon detectors, design a thrust vector control system for a rocket, or cook a Christmas turkey, I’ve done all of that and would be happy to do it again! If you ever need help designing a new generation of humanoid robots, building a vertical farm, or learning how to sample music, I haven’t done that yet, but I’m excited to be on board for the journey!

Listed skills include Whmis, Ni Labview, Solidworks, Python, and 14 others.

This was rigorously adhered to throughout the entire manufacturing process, resulting in a high yield and near-zero scrap rate.-Spearheaded a team of seven manufacturing technicians, facilitating workshops, formulating SOPs, and supervising adherence to QC protocol, thus resulting in the high productivity of the team and meeting the deadlines by successfully manufacturing 20 muon detectors.-Collaborated with the Research and Development (R&D) team to perform comprehensive fault diagnostics and executed effective repairs for malfunctioning detector units, leading to the successful restoration of functionality in 4 detectors.-Successfully designed, procured equipment, and assembled a 600W heat chamber with a volume of 0.288m^3, capable of reaching up to 75°C to be used to analyze the behavior of muon tomography detectors under extreme temperatures. This initiative led to a significant result of 120 hours of runtime recorded data and a crucial discovery of a fault condition.-Performed an exhaustive examination of detector damage subsequent to the thermal testing by collecting 640 structural deflection measurements, incorporating them into a heat map of the observed deformations, and thus defining the maximum operating regime of the product.
