This was rigorously adhered to throughout the entire manufacturing process, resulting in a high yield and near-zero scrap rate.-Spearheaded a team of seven manufacturing technicians, facilitating workshops, formulating SOPs, and supervising adherence to QC protocol, thus resulting in the high productivity of the team and meeting the deadlines by successfully manufacturing 20 muon detectors.-Collaborated with the Research and Development (R&D) team to perform comprehensive fault diagnostics and executed effective repairs for malfunctioning detector units, leading to the successful restoration of functionality in 4 detectors.-Successfully designed, procured equipment, and assembled a 600W heat chamber with a volume of 0.288m^3, capable of reaching up to 75°C to be used to analyze the behavior of muon tomography detectors under extreme temperatures.
