Nitro Labs is building Termina, the first Solana Network Extension deployment platform built specifically to extend Solana’s capabilities, providing developers with dedicated Solana block space that integrates smoothly with the network. With easy deployment and custom modules, Termina allows teams to enhance their applications for better privacy, security, and performance while keeping liquidity intact and the user experience seamless.

Established partnerships with leading organizations in web3 such as Binance and the Open Campus, in addition to 11 universities across 8 countries. These partnerships have not only broadened our network but also opened up new avenues for collaboration and growth.

Strengthen partnerships between a national IT company, NITEC, which is responsible for supplying e-governance solutions and infrastructure maintenance, and the governments of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. Consequently, NITEC offers technical support to Tajikistan, guiding the development of an ecosystem for e-governance systems.

Established partnerships with 22 universities in Kazakhstan, collaborated with national entities like the Ministry of Higher Education, and engaged with industry players such as Binance and its educational division, Binance Academy. As a result of these collaborations, we have launched the country’s largest blockchain education initiative. This has led to the integration of blockchain studies into the academic programs of these universities.

Implementation of Public Financial Management Information Systems

- Interaction with Special Procedures of the Human Rights Council In this position, I made an impact by creating a detailed 13-year database of human rights violations in Kazakhstan, streamlining communication between the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) and national agencies of Kazakhstan. My efforts resurrected 30 misplaced cases and enhanced dialogue in over 70 cases, leading to improved case traceability and potential redress of infringements. This initiative significantly bolstered the remediation process, ensuring each case was diligently reviewed and human rights restored where applicable. My work bridged gaps, ensured justice, and strengthened respect for human rights within Kazakhstan.
