Ever since I can remember, I have loved meeting and interacting with people. Since then, I have developed skills and exceled in the art of being able to communicate with anyone at any given time. I feel being a great communicator is the most valued quality in a successful leader. I enjoy and strive to give a voice to others who cannot communicate for themselves, but also to help others learn to communicate more effectively. My past role as a probation officer gave me the opportunity to communicate with others from all walks of life and use my skills in communication to get them to buy into their rehabilitation journey and to not only comply with their conditions but to invest in themselves and in their future. As a Human Resource Generalist with a passion for fostering a positive work environment, I thrive on helping organizations and employees reach their full potential.
