Responsible for planning, directing and organizing the completion of detailed assignments for a company while ensuring these assignments are within scope, time and on budget.

• Data entry, order processing, and report sourcing • Handling incoming calls and email correspondence• Creating letters, emails, and written promotional copy in a clear and cohesive company voice• Assisting in the creation of marketing strategies and supporting promotional materials including advertisements, webcasts, websites, social media and direct mail; utilizing pertinent software• Enthusiastically and appropriately representing the company at trade shows, expos, etc.• Taking initiative with leads, and with projects designed to enhance branding strategy, in the interest of providing the company with more exposure and achieving annual sales and marketing goals• Communicating effectively with all staff; providing constructive criticism and/or feedback• Thoroughly preparing for, and being a valuable participant in, staff meetings• Shipping marketing materials, packing crates for shows• Traveling as required between company offices.

• Coordinate recruiting, including but not limited to communication, setting up visits and follow-upmeetings with potential athletes.• Assist with planning practices and preparing for games.• Coach and motivate players to accomplish their goals.

Securing loan financial documents from prospective clients, analyzing data and consulting with potential clients.

Reporting to a Senior Financial Manager, tasked with partnering with business leaders to perform financial modeling (assets/flows/revenue analysis) along with supporting profitability analysis (new and /or enhanced client level profitability).
